Hi, I’m Andrew Tyree.
You might know me from taking you on a customized tour of Cuba in 2017 or doing mezcal tastings in Oaxaca in 2019 or just from being my bud from childhood. I’m not sure how you got here, frankly I’m stoked you’re here!
Three years ago when the pandemic hit and travel was no longer an option, I found myself going back down the real estate rabbit hole and came out a licensed realtor. I now specialize in buying and selling real estate in Northeast LA and beyond. What started as a career pivot has turned into a true passion for helping people change their financial future.
Very few careers can afford someone the ability to make as much money in 5 years as a property investment, especially in northeast LA, where we are consistently seeing clients double their property value in just a handful of years. It happened to us! It’s nuts! So, obviously I love it.
Real estate can be a tricky game, but nothing lights me up more than hearing the wins of my friends. When done right, investing in real estate is like being able to trick the system of inherited wealth - or lack thereof, as the majority of us experience - to take an elevator ride up into the next strata of wealth and comfort.
