We were looking at condos in Glendale for about the same price but they really wanted some outdoor space for their daughter who was about to turn 1. I offered to search a bit east of downtown and we found this gem of a house on the hill overlooking downtown. It fell out of escrow and I had kept up with the agents and snuck in a backup offer and got it!

Their Favorite Part of the House:
The Outdoor Space! With a toddler running around, their biggest request was space for her to roam and play. This house not only delivered that but has even more flexible space they can use to turn into anything they want later on.
We were able to do some light rehab and move in just in time for our daughter’s first birthday! Moving from an apartment, with all of the extra space, we were able to have both of our moms stay at the house over the weekend!
