Their Favorite Part of the House:
The Outdoor Space! With a new baby crawling around, their biggest request was space for her to roam and play. The crime rate in the area is also super low, so they’re able to walk to beautiful local parks, restaurants and shops. It’s the perfect area to raise our new baby!
After some light rehab, they now have a beautifully restored 1920’s Spanish Style home for far under market rate. We were able to beat out multiple offers and their home has now appreciated in value by about 20%!
